Service Description

Makeups are offered only for Private Lesson Package families. To protect your coach’s time and ensure fairness for all families: -Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson. -Makeup rescheduling must also occur 24 hours in advance. A makeup password is required to reschedule. If you need it, contact our team.

Cancellation Policy

Failure to show for a makeup lesson will result in losing that lesson credit. As of January 1st 2026, COM Aquatics no longer provide refunds for swim lessons.
